Directions:

Add 1/2 or 1/3 of herbs to a litre of boiling water for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Turn off the heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes or until steam is suitable. Pour the mixture into your container, remove clothes from the waist down and sit over the container. Wrap a blanket around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping. The average steam session lasts between 15 to 45 minutes.

Do not use if you are menstruating, suspect you are pregnant, have open wounds, or sores in the vaginal area. Do not add essential oils.
